XPEDITE AGENCY

AFFILIATE PERSONAL TRAINER PROGRAM

Fitness coaches have traditionally been presented with two primary career paths:

Work as an employee for a gym, or build a coaching business of your own.

Both can work. But both come with significant trade-offs.

Working as an employee can provide stability, but your earning potential, schedule, and career progression are often limited by the structure you're working within.

Building your own coaching business offers greater freedom and upside, but it comes with an entirely different challenge:

Being a great coach is no longer enough. You also have to become a great entrepreneur.

You need to generate leads. Build an audience. Create content. Market yourself. Sell. Follow up. Chase prospects through DMs. Overcome skepticism. And continuously figure out where your next client is going to come from.

For many coaches, acquiring clients eventually becomes just as demanding as actually coaching them.

And over the last several years, that challenge has only become greater.

Before founding Xpedite, I spent years building my own online fitness coaching business.

I grew an audience of over 100,000 followers on Instagram and nearly 200,000 on TikTok, and at the peak of my coaching business, I was consistently generating five figures per month.

I was fortunate to enter the market during an incredible period of opportunity.

Short-form content was exploding. Organic reach was abundant. And a knowledgeable coach who understood how to create good content could get in front of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands, of potential clients.

But as I'm sure you've noticed yourself, the market has changed.

The online coaching space has become increasingly saturated. Consumers have become overwhelmed with fitness offers.

Years of aggressive online marketing contributed to what we see as a growing recession of trust between consumers and the people trying to sell to them online.

And now AI is rapidly commoditizing basic fitness information.

Workout programs, nutrition plans, calorie targets, and answers to basic fitness questions can increasingly be generated within seconds.

None of this makes great coaching less valuable.

If anything, it makes the human elements of coaching — accountability, communication, judgment, problem-solving, relationship building, and implementation — even more important.

Yet some exceptional coaches may never build successful coaching businesses simply because they aren't exceptional marketers.

We think something about that model is backwards.

Xpedite partners with gyms to build the infrastructure required to turn their existing member relationships into scalable coaching ecosystems.

And when Xpedite is responsible for coaching fulfillment, we assign qualified coaching clients directly to independent Affiliate Coaches within our network.

As an Xpedite Affiliate Coach, you are affiliated with Xpedite, not assigned to or employed by any individual partner gym.

Your primary responsibility is not figuring out where your next client will come from.

It's taking exceptional care of the clients you're assigned.

Instead of spending your time building a massive social media following, chasing strangers through DMs, or constantly generating and converting your own leads, you can focus primarily on the thing you became a coach to do:

Coach people.

Our goal is simple:

Instead of your career being dictated primarily by your ability to acquire clients, we want your success to be dictated primarily by your ability to serve them.

We Build the Infrastructure. You Deliver the Coaching.

Xpedite doesn't simply assign you clients and leave you to figure everything else out.

Our Affiliate Coaches receive access to the systems, technology, education, coaching frameworks, and operational infrastructure designed to help them deliver an exceptional service.

And the clients you're assigned aren't random strangers pulled from the internet.

They originate through our partnerships with gyms and go through our educational and qualification process before entering coaching.

By the time you enter the relationship, you're not chasing someone down or trying to convince them that they need help.

They've already made the decision that they want it.

Your responsibility is to deliver.

Build strong relationships.

Communicate exceptionally well.

Hold people accountable.

Solve problems.

Adapt when life gets in the way.

And ultimately, help your clients achieve meaningful, lasting results.

We also don't want Xpedite to become another platform where talented coaches receive clients and remain in exactly the same position forever.

We want to create a genuine career path.

Some coaches may want to focus exclusively on becoming exceptional at coaching.

Others may eventually want greater responsibility and the opportunity to develop skills beyond fulfillment.

For Affiliate Coaches who consistently perform, produce exceptional client outcomes, retain clients, and demonstrate the ability to take on greater responsibility, there may be opportunities to become more involved within Xpedite and develop experience across areas such as sales, marketing, client acquisition, and operations.

Because ultimately, our goal isn't simply to build a network of coaches.

It's to develop talented people and create an environment where their careers can grow alongside their abilities.

Removing the burden of client acquisition doesn't mean lowering the standard expected from our coaches.

Quite the opposite.

When we assign a client to an Affiliate Coach, we're trusting that coach with both the client's experience and relationships we've worked hard to build alongside our gym partners.

We're therefore looking for coaches who are knowledgeable, coachable, dependable, ambitious, strong communicators, and genuinely committed to their craft.

Once a client is placed in your hands:

Their experience matters.

Their results matter.

Their trust matters.

We want to remove many of the obstacles that make building a successful coaching career unnecessarily difficult.

In return, we expect an exceptional standard of coaching.
