Over the past decade, I've dedicated my career to one thing:

helping people transform their lives through fitness.

What began as a passion for coaching quickly evolved into building an online fitness brand that reached nearly 300,000 people across Instagram and TikTok. This, coupled with my sales experience allowed me to consistently generate five-figures per month in coaching revenue.

Throughout that period, I personally conducted over 1,500 sales calls and this level of exposure allowed me recognize the two most important trends in the fitness industry.

The first was a growing recession of trust. More and more people became skeptical of online fitness coaches as low barriers to entry gave way to weak services and empty promises flooding the market. Great coaches found themselves competing in an environment where earning trust became harder than ever.

The second was the rapid rise of artificial intelligence. AI made fitness information more accessible than it had ever been before. Workouts, meal plans, and answers to common questions became available instantly and often at little or no cost. While AI is an incredible tool, it also changed how many people perceived the value of coaching.

While most saw these as problems, I saw them as opportunities.

I realized that gyms already possessed something online coaches struggled to build: local credibility and trusted relationships. At the same time, many gyms were leaving significant revenue on the table because they lacked a scalable, systematic approach to converting members into long-term coaching clients.

That's what inspired me to start Xpedite Agency.

Our mission is simple: combine the credibility of trusted local gyms with proven marketing and sales strategy, systems, technology, and proven operational processes to create an experience that benefits everyone involved.
